This pen holds amidated Semax and acetylated, amidated Selank at equal strengths. Semax derives from ACTH 4-10 and Selank from tuftsin; both were developed in Russia and are usually described in opposite terms, Semax as the stimulating half of the pair and Selank as the calming one. The NH2 and AC modifications extend stability over the unmodified sequences.
