What Ipamorelin is
Ipamorelin is a pentapeptide that acts at the ghrelin receptor. Its distinguishing feature in the literature is selectivity: unlike the earlier GHRP series it shows little effect on cortisol or prolactin at comparable doses, which is why it largely displaced GHRP-2 and GHRP-6 in research use.
