What Ipamorelin + CJC-1295 is
This pen holds ipamorelin, which acts at the ghrelin receptor, together with CJC-1295 without DAC, a GHRH analogue. The pairing is studied because the two act at different receptors rather than competing at the same one. The no DAC form is the shorter acting version; the DAC variant carries a drug affinity complex that greatly extends its half life.
How the pen is supplied
Solution in a sealed 3 ml pen graduated in 300 dial units. Pre-blended, so the two do not have to be drawn from separate vials.
