What Heal is
Heal is the BPC-157 and TB-500 pairing in a single pen. The two are the most frequently combined compounds in the repair literature, and holding them pre-blended removes the two vial handling step.

Milligrams per dial unit are calculated from the pen strength and its fill volume. Every SerenQ pen is graduated at 0.01 ml per unit. A blend is not quoted per milligram, because the milligrams are not all of the same compound.
